Account creation bug fixed

It has come to my attention that, for at least a couple of weeks now, it has not been possible to create a new account on the web site.  You could still place an order without an account.  I have fixed this problem, so you can now create an account, subscribe to the newsletter, etc.  I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
