All orders are shipped via US Postal Service. I normally ship several times a week. Please bear in mind, however, that this is not a full time business, and from time to time there may be an extra few days delay in shipping. If you need to know the shipping amount for an order, you can go through the checkout process and see the exact shipping charge.
Sorry, but I cannot provide detailed or real-time tracking information for packages shipped internationally. Packages shipped to DX locations will have a Customs for number for delivery confirmation, but there is no real-time tracking. All international packages require a Customs declaration form stating the package contents and value. Any import duty or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
If you have ordered the wrong product, you can exchange the product as long as it is undamaged or, in the case of kits, unbuilt and complete with all parts intact. If the item has been damaged, partially built or parts are missing I am not able to accept it for an exchange or refund.
Returns For Refund
If you are not satisfied with your product you may return it in its original, unused condition with all parts intact for a refund of the original purchase price excluding shipping, less a restocking fee of 15%. All refunds must be requested and returned merchandise received within 30 days of purchase. Customers returning items can expect to be refunded in the method in which they paid within 7 business days of our receipt of the returned item(s).
Shipping charges are nonrefundable, except in the event of a packing error. Customers receiving free shipping will be credited for the products returned, less the restocking fee (if any) and the actual shipping cost of the original order if the entire order is returned for a refund.
